“I decided on a hot tub after experiencing the ease of maintenance of salt water spas last winter. Hot Springs Spas has the system and that is what Snake River handles, along with others. Mike was the first person I met and he answered all my questions the first time, then when I thought of more, he answered those on my second visit. When I decided on a model, he reviewed everything again so I had a very good idea of how to take care of the spa. (it is not a nickel and dime purchase.) When it was delivered and set up at my home, the installer really knew his stuff and went over everything while it was filling. So far, I am very happy with my decision and do enjoy the spa every evening. Looks good and feels good, what’s not to like. “
