We bought our hot tub second hand as we weren’t sure whether or not we could justify buying a brand new one, we chose a Hotsprings tub because our friends had a 17 year old one which is still going strong even now. When the spa arrived it was quickly installed and up and running in no time. The team that installed it was extremely helpful taking the time out to explain how to use the chemicals. Being a 6 year old tub we have had a few minor problems (mainly with the audio unit) but a call to HTA and problem sorted. One of the best purchases we’ve made – great for soothing aching muscles and backs – just wished we’d bought one years ago.
