The Health & Wellness of Snake River Pool & Spa’s
Customers, Employees, and Partners is our primary concern.

We continue to closely monitor developments with respect to this coronavirus. We have taken proactive steps to ensure the safety and wellness of our customers and employees. We are following current guidelines and protocols in our daily operations, including our store and field operations.

Boise/Twin Falls Showrooms: Store hours Tues-Sat, 9am-6pm

Meridian Showroom: Store hours* Tues-Sat; 10am-6pm

  • Sanitization protocol per CDC to be used by staff to keep all safe
  • Social distancing to be in effect with 6’ distancing between staff and customers
  • Adhere to traffic pattern as much as possible
  • Please wear masks if possible for your safety as well the staff

*Meridian Showroom: Reduced hours still in effect because of size constraints:  Tues-Sat; 10am-6pm

  • 1 person or 2 family members allowed in showroom at a time
  • Curbside pickup still available for product and/or water testing
  • Appointments accepted for spa shopping or detailed assistance
  • Sanitization protocol per CDC to be used by staff to keep all safe
  • Please wear masks if possible for your safety as well the staff
Work remains voluntary for all our employees. If at any time any employee feels his/her health and safety is at risk, they are encouraged to stay home. Our Operations Dept., including receiving, customer service, and warehousing will continue to work as usual under the current safe-distancing and sanitary conditions.Our service technicians are also considered essential workers by the Dept. of Homeland Security and should continue to operate as usual. Service Operating Days will change to Tuesday – Friday as well. We are taking precautions to protect both the technician and the customer. We must ensure our customers’ tubs are chemically safe to use. We can’t allow our technicians to enter a customer’s home out of an abundance of caution.
For New Customers We are working to produce orientation videos to assist you with proper maintenance and operation of your spas and will send out information on that ASAP. In the meantime your sales person will be in contact to ensure you get the knowledge to operate your tub safely.
Snake River Pool & Spa is a specialty retailer therefore, we have a limited number of customers in our showroom locations at any given time. As part of our standard processes, we have increased frequency of cleaning, hygiene routines, and monitoring operational protocols — all of which are continually checked to ensure they meet or exceed all guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

SCHEDULE CURBSIDE PICKUP
SHOWROOM PROTOCOLS:
  • Disinfectant wipes and hand-sanitizer available to operations staff.
  • Vehicles routinely wiped down and sanitized throughout the day.
  • Employees showing symptoms will be sent home immediately.
  • Office areas disinfected and sanitized as necessary.
OPERATIONS PROTOCOLS:
  • Disinfecting hard surfaces throughout the store to include public spaces twice daily.
  • Disinfectant wipes and hand-sanitizer readily available to customers in all areas of our stores.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning protocols.

MERIDIAN STORE CUSTOMERS: Due to the small size of our retail store we can only accommodate one customer in the store at a time to maintain safe social distancing for our customers and employees.

How COVID-19 relates to Hot Tubs & Swimming Pools:

There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
