Valet Spa Drain & Detail Plans

Any Products needed, such as water care products, filters, etc. will be billed to the card on file. 

Purchasing an valet service plan through Snake River Pool & Spa serves an agreement between customer and Snake River Pool & Spa to perform the selected Valet Spa Care Services on customer’s hot tub for one year from the date this document has been filled out and submitted.  Chosen packages and/or service agreements will automatically renew annually unless I notify Snake River Pool & Spa that I wish to change or cancel my service option.

Please know that customers package or service does not include any repair or maintenance of any hot tub parts, plumbing, controls, or other service that would normally be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or performed by a certified spa technician.  I agree to have requested water care products delivered to my home when my Valet Spa Care service is performed and billed to the credit card on file.  Should I choose to cancel this agreement, I understand that any refund which might be due will be reduced by the service provided calculated at standard rates.
